Alice Hardy is a retired Civil Servant with 34+years in Medical Administration with a demonstrated history of working in the health wellness and fitness industry. Strong administrative professional; attended Central Texas College and graduated with a Bachelor Degree in Business Administration from Rasmussen College. Licensed as a sales agent since September 2011. Currently, a licensed Texas Realtor with eXp Realty, LLC. Alice lives in Copperas Cove Texas and is married to a retired Command Sergeant Major; a US Army veteran of 28+ years. She is the mother of three adult children; 2 daughters and a son. Her 3 grandchildren are her heart's delight. She and her family are animal lovers and each household has at least one dog and her husband has horses for family enjoyment. Alice began her journey into the real estate industry 40 years ago when she started taking classes; but life got in the way. With three young ones and a full time job as the manager of a 184 unit housing complex in Herndon Virginia and she had to put that dream on hold for a later day. Well that day came in September 2011 when she became a licensed Texas real estate agent. Now as a Realtor, Alice aims to provide the highest level of service to her clients.
